The Obsession crossover has two different player tasks: buying Nikki-related cosmetics and finding the Obsession Sprite in Battle Royale. A cosmetic purchase is not a gameplay unlock.
If you want the character in your Locker
Open the Nikki outfit or Obsession Bundle in the official shop. Prices are in V-Bucks, and the offer’s item list defines what enters your Locker.
If you want the Sprite’s help during a match
Epic’s Fortnitemares notes describe the Obsession Sprite, One Wish Willow, as helping collect other Sprites. That is a gameplay feature introduced on October 15. Follow the update notes and in-match collection system; the cosmetic back bling listing is not an acquisition guide for the Sprite.
